1. There are times you may need to archive or delete an item – if an item is double posted, if someone picked it up not following the process above, etc.
  2. Archive:
    • Find the item and click the ‘Archive’ button at the bottom. 
    • You will get a pop-up message telling you all claims filed on the item will be archived, if you wish to continue click ‘OK.’
    • Your item will be archived.
    • To edit the archive reason – go to the bottom of the item details and find the ‘Archive Reason’ dropdown. Click and select your desired archive reason. Click ‘Update’ at the bottom to save. 
    • If for some reason you need to repost the item – click the ‘Enqueue’ button at the top and the item will return to your Queue. 
  3. Delete:
    • If an item was double posted or needs to be deleted for another reason, pull up the item and click the ‘Delete’ button at the bottom. 
    • You will get a pop-up message asking if you are sure you’d like to delete, to proceed click ‘OK.’
    • This will remove the item from the database and reporting completely. 
    • Please note – this is a special function admins must give permission to users to perform.
