1. If an item is being picked up, after you ‘Accept’ the claim, you can press ‘Schedule Pickup.’
  2. You can either have your auto emails send the claimant details for pickup, or you can use the message feature to schedule a time with them.
  3. When they come in to pick up their item, you can pull up their claim by going to the ‘Ready For Pickup’ tab at the top, or by searching for their claim. 
  4. You can see the item number, and find the item to return it. 
  5. If you’d like verification the item was picked up for your files, click the blue ‘Print Return Form’ button to the right of the claim number.
    • A PDF will open with the item and claim details and the claimants’ name and email address.
    • Print the form, have them fill out the rest of the information, sign and date. 
    • File the form for proof of pickup. 
  6. Once complete (or if you chose to skip the pickup form), click the red ‘Complete Pickup’ button at the top. 
  7. This will archive the item and the claim with the item marked as ‘Picked Up.’
